Ad House Advertising (AHA!) has formed as an addition to its parent company, Edit House Productions, LLC.

“In our 12 years of serving Albuquerque as a dominant video production company, we’ve added many additional services in that time to meet our clients’ needs in media buying, web development and online marketing, and graphic design,” said Ed Smith, president. “This simply allows us to better market the strengths of both sides of a full-service advertising agency and production facility.”

Ad House will continue to develop integrated campaigns through traditional media buying (radio, TV, newspaper, billboard and so on), as well as online marketing (PPC, SEO, SEM), website development, graphic design and print development, public relations, and related projects for clients. This segment will be directed by Kim Smith, who’s worked in Albuquerque advertising since 1995 and joined her husband at Edit House in 2005.

The company is now the only locally-owned New Mexico company to include Google Partner on-staff specialists, certified in both Search and Display advertising. “The level of training to become qualified is very high, and we’re pleased that Ryan Smith has completed these extensive courses for his certification. This allows our clients to have dedicated, licensed expertise both in online marketing and in the specifics of the New Mexico marketplace.”

Web videos, TV and radio commercials will continue to be produced by Edit House Productions, with Ed Smith and son, Matt Smith, teaming up as producer, videographer and editor . Edit House has numerous creative awards for television production and cinematography, including a 2012 platinum Aurora Award, an international best-of-show for a recent documentary, as well as many Addy Awards and Telly Awards.

The addition of a second company has been considered for several years, Smith said. “So this is not an ‘Aha, we should do this!’ but a thought-out marketing decision, announced today with a catchy headline!”
