Edit House Founder Appointed to Statewide CTE Board
Edit House Productions, LLC is proud to announce that its founder, Ed Smith, has been appointed to the inaugural State of New Mexico Career Technical Education (CTE) Advisory Board. This appointment is a significant honor, with over 300 applicants who were considered. Appointees were selected based on their experience in their respective fields and their involvement and their leadership role in their community. Ed Smith will represent businesses in the Arts, A/V, and Communications sector.
The New Mexico CTE Statewide Advisory Board, established August 9, 2024, comprises local business and community professionals, educators, students, administrators, and parents. The board’s mission is to support the development, establishment, and evaluation of CTE programs, ensuring that students acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the modern workforce– and “blur the lines of students” between high school, college, and a chosen career.
