Great advertising starts with a strong idea. Making it perform takes something more: the ability to see what is happening beneath the surface.

At Ad House Advertising, we’re advancing that capability with custom JavaScript tools that help us examine Google Ads accounts and Google Tag Manager configurations in greater detail. These tools analyze account structure, flag potential conflicts, and bring attention to settings that deserve a closer look.

It’s the latest chapter in a history of getting ahead of the technology—and putting it to work for our clients.

A History of Being First

Ad House Advertising was the first Google Partner in New Mexico and one of the first five Google Ambassador agencies worldwide. We’ve also been invited to Google’s campus as Google Allstars.

Those milestones reflect something that continues to define our agency: curiosity, technical expertise, and a willingness to go further.

Earning recognition is exciting. Continuing to build on it is where the real work happens.

Today, that means developing tools tailored to the questions we ask when managing advertising accounts: What could be limiting relevant traffic? Where might measurement be duplicated? Which settings look reasonable individually but create problems when combined?

Custom Code. A Closer Look.

Advertising accounts contain layers of interconnected decisions. Campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negative keyword lists, tags, and triggers all influence how an account operates and how results are measured.

Our custom scripts help us inspect those relationships systematically.

For Google Ads, that includes reviewing account structure and identifying potential issues involving ads, keywords, and negative keywords. A negative keyword may serve a useful purpose in one campaign while restricting valuable searches in another. A shared exclusion list can extend that restriction across multiple campaigns.

Our tools help surface those relationships and identify where a conflicting negative lives, making the findings easier to investigate and act on.

That distinction matters. A flagged conflict deserves expert review; it does not automatically mean a negative keyword should be removed. Protecting an advertising budget requires understanding both what an exclusion blocks and why it was added.

Better Visibility Into Tags and Triggers

Performance decisions depend on reliable measurement.

Our Google Tag Manager analysis examines exported container configurations to help identify potential problems with tags, triggers, and their relationships. That can include overlapping tracking setups, apparent duplication, and trigger configurations that warrant further testing.

For example, two tags configured to track the same confirmation action may create a risk of duplicate measurement. A trigger that is too broad may record activity beyond the intended action.

Finding these issues in the configuration gives us a focused starting point for validation. We then use testing and professional judgment to determine what is actually happening on the website.

Cleaner measurement gives advertisers a stronger foundation for evaluating results and making decisions.

Technology With an Experienced Team Behind It

The advantage of custom technology is that we can build around the details that matter to our clients.

We can turn repetitive checks into structured reviews, trace potential problems to their source, and spend more time deciding what the findings mean for the business.

The scripts provide visibility. Our team provides context.

That combination connects technical analysis to practical advertising decisions: preserving relevant search opportunities, maintaining useful exclusions, improving tracking clarity, and addressing settings that could undermine performance.

Still Building What Comes Next

From becoming New Mexico’s first Google Partner to developing our own JavaScript auditing tools, Ad House Advertising has continued to invest in how advertising works behind the scenes.

Our clients see the campaigns. Behind them is an agency that keeps building, testing, questioning, and refining the technology supporting those campaigns.

Smart creative. Custom technology.

An agency that knows its way under the hood: That’s Ad House Advertising.
