The company’s previous site was developed before sites could easily scale for mobile users. Ad House crafted a website tailored to the needs of Harris Jewelers, and strived to create an upscale and modern aesthetic. The new website features messages targeted for the business’s clientele, showcases customer reviews, and highlights the extensive expertise and knowledge of the Harris Jewelers staff. A wealth of information is evident on the site’s homepage, and customers can easily navigate to their desired information from there. The stylish new site is linked to all major social media outlets and a well curated blog. After the launch of their website, we saw a profound decrease in bounce rate, and the average timespent on site more than doubled, particularly among mobile users.
